Kai jumped back from the wave of heat. "And nor do I care to live, but I don't feel like dying by your hands." With that, Kai flew into the air and hurled his scythe towards Nashgrim. "Have a present from me, don't be shy. After all, we are buddies." The scythe suddenly stopped and was grabbed by a shadow hand. A reaper which was imbued to kill whatever was in its path. It looked at Nashgrim with infinitly hollow eyes and screeched as it flew towards him on a suicide dash. "I hope that'll last a good while." Kai turned and started to scream out an incantation. One that would engulf his being in a bubble of water if it was able to be finished. The only problem was that, the spell was spoken in a language that would draw water spirits by, and they didn't like to have mere mortals use spells not meant for them. Kai watched the sky above with obvious glee. He hadn't used that enchantment for almost two hundred years, and back then it was gruesome.
